Default Part name please

the aluminum in-line power steering cooler that comes off of radiator. Mine is allowing power steering fluid into my cooling system. Not a problem till it starts going back the other way. because I dont know the exact name of this part, I cant find it to get another. thanks in advance.

also, do any of yall by-pass this part due to this problem? I could just route the two hoses going to the cooler by removing one and jumping them together. anybody else do this? Thanks again

You could bypass it. I've got one with 18K miles on it in the garage if you need a replacement.

I thought the only f-bodies with power steering coolers were the NHRA edition T/A's?

I'm not sure if the parts stores carry them or not. GMpartsdirect might sell them, but they're usually kinda pricey.
