And a shot of the touched up rear...

5% Tint and a system are on the way. And if I resolve the cutouts clearance issue, then a drop is in the plans as well.

wow. the "cowl" on that hood is nice and high too, which makes it stand out much more than a firehawk/raptor hood. damn thats a sweet hood, they have a website?

you're car is sweet looking, and the black hood almost compliments the other black elements. maybe put black stripes after you get it painted.

lol TARaptor, thanks .

yeah thats 1/2 the reason I liked it so much. Kept that sleek look that I really like about the TA but still has some big ***** to it. US Exotics does not have a web site however... I got lucky and was able to meet up with Roger to get this all taken care of. But keep checking ebay has he's been having auctions for this hood.

As for the black, im not sure. I'll probably go ahead and get it painted. I thought about stripes too. I really dont know what to do. I even thought about painting it black with the sail panel and spoiler. Maybe the headlights (I really want a custom fixed headlight with black face and HID/halos) but thats not in the plans for a while. A roots blower is really my next BIG project.

If anyone has any suggestions about paint/stripes please post em up!

I always liked the raptor style but it's not noticeable enough. This looks like a perfect revision of the raptor...one w/ much more ***** as you said. I can't wait to see it painted to match the car.

you shoudl leave the cowl black and paint the rest body color...like a single stripe almost. That might look pretty sick just my opinion though.

Oh and...IT LOOKS SICK!!!!

lol Thanks everyone, yeah it definetely wasnt cheap. But I've had cash I'd been saving for a new hood, praying that there would be a chance in hell of me getting this one. And after much saving, searching, and convo with roger, here i am with the hood ive wanted for a LONG time.

Silver, yeah it had great fitment. A few slight adjustments and it fit like a glove.

Guitar, do you mean keep the center black?

As far as 'clearance' for the cutouts. . .if you're running dual, under the rear seats is a GREAT place for those Did that on mine and fit fine!

Nice hood. . .paint it

Thanks for the compliments and suggestions!

Guitar, I like that last one. I dunno what im gonna do. I'll prob. keep the GS stripes until I paint it. And see if I like them with it the same color.

Duffster might you happen to have a picture of the locations? Mine are under the front seats now.
