Default BLACK Chrome C6 ZO6s on Blue 02 Z06

Here are a few pics of my buddys Z06 witha set of Black Chrome C6 Z06s that I mounted on the other day. They are 18's in the front and 19's in the rear. 275's up front with a set of 305's on the rear. He let me drive it afterwards, which was my first time behind the wheel of a Corvette and all i have to say is DAMN!!!

Here is a pic of his 88' Monte Carlo SS

And here is an LS2 in a car. Any guesses as to what car that is?

There is a kinda funny story about that choice actually. I told him to get a set of those. But he was like nah I dont really like those. He was going to go with another set until he saw them in person at a Vette show in Chicago. Next thing I know I am mounting the tires to the rims and then the car. I just laughed, and was like see I told ya.

There are just some simple bolts to turn at each corner to lower a C5 or C6. It's free, just need two floor jacks to do it. The bolts basically adjust the monoleaf spring height.

The Monte needs to be lowered too! (not free )

That LS2 Vette looks to be a 60-62....I'm leaning on the 1962 side. Am I right?

Looks like a 62 to me too.

Those wheels look cool, but everytime I see 'em I think how much more they'd be w/ a lip in the back.

Looks good, another vote for the free lowering mod! Would look even better.

Since the old vette picture file is named "1962LS2VETTE", I would have to "guess" '62!
