Just after midnight, deputies say two vehicles were racing on the feeder road at FM 249 when they lost control and crashed. One driver went airborne and flipped over. He left the scene in another vehicle. The second driver was treated for bumps and bruises.
Authorities said that charges are serious for these types of crashes.
"If someone is hurt as the result of a racing injury, it's a third degree felony," said Deputy E. Engle with the Harris County Sheriff's Department. "If somebody suffers serious bodily injury, it's taken up to a second degree felony."
Deputies say until the second driver is found, neither driver can be charged. No one is in custody at this time.

Anyone with Publicdata.com can run the plates off the ricer. Or... if anyone id's the guy in the Addidas shirt and chrome bracelets.
I'm surpised they would show the plate and the footage of the guy standing there in cuffs.
Wonder about the White T/A. Was he the starter and didn't get away?

They can't go to the track then everyone will know they are street cars and gosh well nobody runs as fast or faster than them. Stupid asses street racing has gotten so dysfuntional that I am now against it and that is really saying something. Just take your 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 sec car to the track we all know most of you are against the track, and are just plain scared of looking like a dumbass because you have no clue what to do at the track. But trust me with a little parctice and alot of being made fun of you will learn, you will learn your Import cannot do a John Force burnout no matter how bad you want it to. And your FBody or Mustang or Vette is just another one of 1,432,964,322,004 of them on the street some are faster, or look better than others but they are essentially all the same.

yah, but i do have to admit..ther are some blind curves...last week two vettes were racing and over by the hospital it curves and there was a car broken down..luckly the vette in that lane barely had time to slow and get over...its not worth the risk to do that in such busy areas
