Default custom rear mount FINALLY on BOOST, now what??? (car is slow lol)

Custom Rear Mount setup-MasterPower T70 (.96 housing)
greddy type S BOV
Turbo XS manual boost controller
Tial 38mm Wastegate (0.3 bar/4psi spring)
2" charge pipes(no intercooler)
NO TUNE NO INJECTORS(i know i know, im getting 42lbers this monday)
STOCK motor and stock tune so far

My question is while im jus tweaking everything how far can i push the car to see if everything is working fine....I drove it today while tweaking the wastegate and BOV and when wastegate was set at "0" i was hardly getting any boost up front (on the gauge maybe 1psi) the gauge/BOV is run off a Tee from the little plastic hose right on the manifold (the evap gases one??) I started turning up the controller and finally got to 5 psi but i didnt wanna rev it much more than i was going(4000rpm) be/cuz i felt the fuel cut (or detonation possibly??)...the car doesnt seem to have any power only when it starts boosting in the mid range, but on bottom end and up top it seems like it has 100 hp...I know i need fuel and tune...what else do i have to check for or modify to be completely DONE??? i did NOT touch my PCV system whatsoever so i dont know IF or what i gotta do to it...another thing is-why am i turning up the boost controller and getting less boost than what im supposed to be seeing??...(4 psi spring and i turn it up 3 clicks=should equal 7psi or so) im only getting 5psi or less at that time, and when i have it turned to "0" i should see 4psi (the spring), but im not im seeing less the the wastegate should be giving me. Umm another thing at low rpm the car has shitty response i have never changed the FRONT 02's either is that another thing i should get for monday for it to be able to run right on tuning day?? im sure ill think of more questions in a little bit but for now this is what i got.... any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS

I know you know.... but you cant even begin to judge or decide untill you get your fuel and tune right. There is no way (unless your being foolish and risking your motor) for you to tell what its going to do once tuned right.

I agree, foolish to do without a wideband and the other proper tools, do not get into boost. Its not worth it.

When I bolted up my Incon twins it was only boosting 5 psi. (It still is)

To start with I used hp tuners and took out 10 degrees of timing all over (for safety's sake) and scaled for my 60 pound injectors.

The car was slower than it was when it was N/A (421 rwhp cam only)

After I got the part throttle fuel trims dailed in my buddy hooked up the wideband and we started the WOT/spark advance tuning.

The car would nose over if I went WOT and if I let the throttle up a little it would start pulling real good. It turns out that my WOT was at 14.2 air/fuel

After we got the tune to 12.5 a/f all over and we added 6 degrees of timing (19-21 at different points) the car came alive.

The car is now an absolute beast on the same measly 5 psi that couldn't get out of it's own way earlier that week.

Your tune is way off... that's why it's a dog right now. Get hp tuners/w wideband and tune it right before you blow it up.... when you're done you'll love your new set-up. ~Joshua

Hell I still run 11.0-11.5 on my forged bottom end, just to be safe for now.

I know 12.5 is a bit crispy with forced induction. Not too concerned with it right now. We did the tuning at the hottest part of the day in summer (2 weeks ago). The weather can only get cooler from here on out.

0 degrees of knock and throttle response seemed better compared to when it was around 11/1

When it's time to turn the boost up to 7-8psi we'll re-tune the a/f into the 11's.

The cold weather is what blows the motor Not the hot weather

Just turn the A/F down to 11.5-1

colder weather makes car run more lean. More dense.

hmmm.

That makes sense.

The turbos are out now getting rebuilt (oil starvation due to an oil check valve) Once they are back in, I'm upping the boost and the a/f should be around 11.3 once we dial in the new lungs.

1) what about the PCV system?? do i leave it stock or what?? if i leave it stock what will happen?? if not what do i do to it?

2) front 02's are most likely fried, do i change be4 tuning day?? which ones are the best for replacements!!!???

3)and what should i tune for on dyno day(WHAT amount of boost???)

4) the car has no type of cooling(intercooler/or meth injection) should i look into that soon or leave it at 5psi til' i upgrade heads/ls6 manifold/etc and up the boost to 8psi???????????????????????

i really dont care much about tuning twice, i MUST tune as soon as possible so im guessing my best bet is to tune for 5 psi..then later when i come back with all other upgrades tune for that AND more boost SOUND REASONABLE???? or am i missing something

On stock block without a FMIC??? Yea no more then 5lbs.

I would be more concerned about a FMIC then I would be about heads, manifold etc.

EESh yeah, 12.5 AFR WOT is damn lean. I plan to run mine at 11-11.70 on mine. Better safe than sorry... I was running an 11.80 commanded last time and it came apart... unfortunately it blew under partial throttle, who knows what it was commanding then...
