Default Heads came back from machine shop

Hey guys,

It's been a while but I am now finding some time to work on my car. My heads came back from the machine shop and they look great. I had a valve job done with new seals, had the combustion chambers polished, and had my 918's and titanium retainers installed. I can't really tell if they were milled or not... I didn't ask for it but I'm going to see if they did it anyway. Check it out!

looking good, if they did mill em they probably just decked them to make sure the surfaces were perfectly flat. When I had my 317's clean up, they decked em to make sure they mounted up and sealed perfectly....well thats what they told me at least

Probably milled .010" for straightness. I would HIGHLY doubt a company would mill a set of heads w/o permission since there are p-v issues to consider when doing that.

Yea, just because I have a little bit of room to work with on my CR (I'm around 8.5:1) doesn't mean everyone does. I haven't had a lot of time to work on my car until recently.. now I have a little more time and I am ready to go! It's still a long way from burning gas, but getting closer. I have most of the parts I need to get it running NA.
