What hood for MY car

What hood for MY car
I am getting a hood from my parents and gf for my birthday. Let me give you a little info about my car first...
1998 Sebring Silver Z28 with an SS spoiler, CME and 16in chrome wheels. Future plans for the car include either '02 Anniversary stripes or hockey stick stripes. I also plan on having Prostars with some huge rubber outback. By next summer I hope to have a 408 built and installed and begin work on the turbo system. Now that you know what the plans are for the car, which hood would you choose?
My favorite is the 3in SS from VFN (scoop would be painted black, the rest silver).
Second is the Mike Moran 5in from VFN (black stripes would go along the side of the cowl)
A close third is the "wide" Sunoco from VFN (again, same with black stripes on the side of the cowl)
Fourth, DG Motorsports ZL1 hood (scoop painted black)
Lastly is the Suncoast Creations "SS Style" Hood (scoop painted black)
So, with the mods on my car, which do you think would look the best and fit the overall goal of the car??

I wouldn't go over 3" on a street car. I had one that was like 2.5" on my '02 Z28 and at times it was hard to see around. Plus you should have a motor to back up a large hood. A 5" cowl on a stock motor is : IMO

Well my sig doesn't give to much away, but, a low compression 408 is in the works with a Turbo Zone twin kit by next summer if everything goes as planned. So, I hardly think throwing a big hood on would be rice. That being said I hardly find anything on an LS1 powered car rice. That crowd will pay $10,000 to be as fast as we are stock. Rice is putting on VTech badges on a Mazda, turbo badges on a non turbo car, '69 TA badges on a non '69 TA (just teasin!), Anyways, I am leaning towards the 3in SS. I might give VFN a call and see if they can make me a Sunoco a little wider (wider than their wide version) and maybe an inch taller.

I'd get the VFN SS hood. Its your favorite. But a Sunoco would be pretty sweet too! You can't really go wrong with that.
And if you are going to do stripes, do the hockey stripes and the black scoop.
