Martin I know you've spoken to both Matt and I about this issue. One of the main reason I hate using US Mail out of the country. I will check on it once again first thing in the morning. Sorry for the problems.

It's been 2 weeks since you guys said these parts were re-sent i've sent 2 E-mails & heard nothing! i don't even know if u've sent these parts again or if they were even sent in the first place i have no proof of that, because i never received a tracking number!
if BMR dealt with this order give me a name of whoever dealt with it & i'll ask them what happened to it! i've done nothing wrong on my part & there's a definite lack of communication here, it's been 6months at this rate you mite as well wrap it in christmas paper!
All my previous orders get A++++ but this one gets a definite

Since our last e-mail we had the parts shipped from BMR to us so we could personally take them to the post office and obtain a tracking number for you. The parts came into our shop on Friday and will be taken to the post office tomorrow. Today is a holiday here so it could not happen today. I am also upgrading your shipping to Global Express at no extra cost, of course. I think GE only takes 3-5 business days so you will have your parts very soon and I should have a tracking number for you tomorrow.
