TA gauge bezel and overlays on a 96 Formula, need help.
Have any of you guys with the LT1 prior to 97 done the TA gauge bezel? From what I can tell, it is NOT a simple bolt in, and modifications would be required.
Also, I just purchased the overlays from the ws6store.com, and those do NOT line up at all. There was not one single gauges that lined up with the numbers on the dash. I know that these gauges are meant for the 98+, but I was told that these would also work on the 93-97, but that may have been my first mistake.
Anyways, Ill be returning them shortly.
Post up your night shots of the gauge overlays on your LT1 birds and also the TA bezel if you have that installed.
Thanks guys!

It may be a bit more expensive, but in the long run looks that much better. I have a '94, and went with a cluster out of a 97. As long as you use the 97 cluster out of an LT1 for the T/A everything will hook up just fine, no problems. The 97 will work for any of the overlays you can buy out there...and everything will line up just fine. You would have to get the mileage flashed, PM me and i can give you the company's name. But i've given it out to alot of people and they never did anything...so if you want it ask. You'd have to find a cluster out of a 97 LT1 and you'd be all set.

I bought mine a few years ago from MacEwen, it came as a package with the overlays and the bezel. It was a very quick and easy install. The overlays lined up prefect and they look great at night. I do not have a night shot. The bezel and plastic front cover are one peice and just replace the stock front plastic cover. A great peice and I could not be happier with them. The only thing that sucked was waiting 6 weeks to get them.
