Reccommend what you think are the "best" high-flow cats out there. Random Technology?

Also, most exhaust shops won't weld in cats unless you buy them from that shop, correct? Please reccommend a shop that will install high-flow cats.

Magnaflow 59959 cats...Ive used them on 2 sperate occasions now...and they flow and fit better then the RT stuff for a fraction of the cost.
