02 Z06 vs. 99 SS tonight I am racing a 2002 Z06 that has exhaust with no mufflers and a zip tie mod. I have a 99 SS with TR230, Fuddle Stall 4000, Pacesetter Long tubes and Y-Pipe,Slp Lid and cutout. I put own down 371Rw and 362lbs torque. We are racing from a roll and I was wondering how bad do you guys think I'll lose by and with me having a stall at what MPH should I start from?

Actually it's a her and from what I hear she can drive. As for racing from a dig I can't catch traction worth a **** nor can she so we decided to race from a roll.

the Z06 is going to walk all over you from a roll... From a stop i think you'll edge him out, JMHO

Put a tire on your car and smoke that zo6 from a stop. For the roll race start at the lowest speed possible. It should be close with the zo6 pulling at higher speeds.

Lol, ok its my wife he will be racing 
Im thinking it should be a pretty good race. My wife has no problem racing from a dig either we can do both just for the hell of it. Results will be up later.

go from 20 thats the 4l60s sweet spot, well in my car..i think youll just because of the 4k stall but about 80 the z will creep by....resulting in about a 1.5car lead @120...IMO

I had a similiar race. My stock 03 Z06 vs my bro's 94 z28. he has a 2400 stall and is putting down 375 rwhp and 390 rwtq. We went from a 45 roll till about 105. I won by 2 cars. Your 4k stall will help but since the vette is modded i think it will win.

Good luck to you but with a roll race, Z06 will most likely get you by couple of car lengths.
With the similar mods of that Z06, my Z06 trapped 119 mph, I don't know what your trap speed with your mods.
