My 1st street kill Vs a mustang! Well guys, it finally happened. i guess this mustang was talkin alot of **** about being able to beat camaros. well my friend talked me into racing him. my Stock 99 Z28 Vs. his mustang with about 5-7 grand of work in it. we raced twice. the video is of the 2nd race. 1st race i won by 4 cars because he fucked up his launch. 2nd race i won by about 1 1/2 cars becuase i stopped early. i'm VERY happy with how i raced and how the car was running. gotta love that LS1 power!

the video feed isnt good. cant see anything. i can tell at the end by the tail lights you were ahead, so good kill. was it a foxx body? what kind of power/track numbers does it run?

What gen mustang is it?? If it's the 99-04 GT and he has 5-7 grand in it and your stock something's not right. 5,000-7,000 is enough to get a Turbo or Supercharger with supporting mods like full exhaust, tune, NOS, etc....
If I put 7G's in my '02 GT she'd better be running at least mid 12's.

i dont know, those stock 2v motors still arent that very impressive, turboed yea but even supercharged im still not impressed, if it was built completly and s/c then its a dif story. i have a budy with a 02 gt, he has a vortec t trim and i would get him every time, n/a

according to him, its a 86 body with 94cobra engine, bored 30 over. this is how he was telling it. also, he was not a very good driver. i got street tires on a stock car, and hes got a stall, built trans and slicks on, and i still stomped him the 1st race, and the 2nd by 1 1/2 cars

um.....those Cobra motors didn't make **** for power...he wasted his money.
