Spin them over in 1st to get them wet, then stop, put it in 2nd, stick it on the limiter and sidestep it, it'll spin. I can do it at the track, on Nittos, on VHT, and I roll out of the water too. It takes WAY too long to heat them up in 1st (4.11 gears). There's a video of it in my sig, you can see me spin 'em over, then put it in 2nd for the burnout.
Make sure you are still in the water though.
Nice burn! It would have been uber-sweet to pull a complete 360 while doing it lol. Then you could open up both doors and start playing everybody get your roll on....

linelock is not needed, but after i got mine on doing a 1st to 2nd in burnout was just as easy as shifting normally ...
