I tried to feather the clutch (ram powergrip HD) at 3000 rpm on junk street tires....not good.
I need a little practice, a decent set of tires (mine have 35,000 miles on them), and i think i might be in the 12's; atleast i hope
Mods are:
tr227 cam, mac mids, powergrip HD, ls6 intake, lid, slp pulley, Untuned. junk *** tires, !driver mod lol.
BTW it was at Gateway intl. raceway on a "midnight madness" test and tune thing. No track prep whatsoever, and lost traction in EVERY gear i hit. Racing off of a flagger, not off the lights. Im going to try to get back atleast once for a regular test and tune.

lol. If you would have seen my launch, you would understand...Tires spun all the way through 1st, a lot in 2nd, and lost traction in 3rd and 4th....it wasnt pretty lol. I pedaled it 3 or 4 times in 1st gear and never hooked up so i just threw it in 2nd. needless to say i was pisssed, but i just laugh about it as i tell people i ran 13.4. It gets people all pump up saying hwo they ran 12.9, or 13.1 and they will smoke me...only to find that they get laned on. lol

lol yeah i have a slip in my car of a 13.5 run and a video on my "myspace" of me doing 13.5
i act like its a great time, 13.5 is hella fast for most cars but average for f-bodies and they all ways come up with reasons they lost

i rolled out to a 13.8 BONE stock the first week i had the car. Now cammed, with headers i ran a 13.4 with a slower 1/8 mile time....traction owns me. lol
