New numbers with the Meth!
Well got back from MTI yesterday, and had a new fuel pump, kenny bell boost a pump, and the alky kit installed. All I have to say is WOW, I went from 507 rwhp at 6 lbs to 620 rwhp at 11lbs of boost . A big thanks to David Coates, Jason, Chris, Scooter and Steve at MTI. Also I bought some Bogart D-10's for the SS. Pics and dyno sheet will be posted later on.
Cheers,
Chase

Yea the guys at MTI don't have any clue what happend either... The boost jumped from 6 to 11 lbs after the meth. We have no clue why this happened.. 13 hp?? where did you get that?? You must have not read the post clearly. My setup is Mti stage 2 e heads, a tsp cam, a D1SC procharger and these numbers were through an A4.

what do you guys mean ONLY 113 more hp? One pound of boost with a D1SC is worth about 20 hp.
You will not magically make more boost by adding meth, they must have either changed a pulley or you have belt slip problems from the get go.
I hope you are not on a stock bottom end.

you'll find it sooner or later that no matter how good your tune is, the threshold for your cast pistons and ringlands is capped.
its not if it'll go it's when.
just be sure to have funds saved for a bottom end. I was making around 480 rear wheel when one of my ringlands let go to give you an idea.

This is true, sooner or later you will need a forged motor. So start saving for it. But I've been boosted for over a year and my buddy has a built short block, its been sitting in his garage now for 2 years waiting for the stock bottom to blow. He's at 704wrhp, drives the car regulary and tracks it as well at the strip...
