You DO realize that Madman doesn't advise that the torque arm be used on a car because it has been modified?
Doubt you're going to get $600 for it, or anywhere close. Quite bumping all of your threads up if you're not going to lower the price.

You do realize its NOT your torque arm or money right? I didn't bump this thread, I posted that I sent the gentlemen here who inquired about the torque arm a private message.
A small notch to clear the pinion seal which not even an 1/8" was ground down or smoothing the outside edges of the bolt holes isn't going to make any difference in the strength or safety.

mike2244, for $380 on the UMI you're referring to, that is the tunnel brace style torque arm that is contructed out of mild steel with the front driveshaft loop. If you were to upgrade to the chromoly version, that would put you at $480. The difference between the 2, is that the MADMAN has multiple instant center mounting points, uses chromoly spherical rod ends, has a slider front mount, and rather than using the tunnel brace as its mounting point only, it ties in with the sub-frame connectors. It hugs the bottom of the floor and welds at certain points as well. They are 2 completely different torque arms which is why they have 2 different prices.

Since you decided to step in and you obviously have nothing better to do also I will comment.
This arm was modified by the customer. He wants to sell it. I have stated numerous times that if he will send me the arm I will LOOK at his mods and make sure the integrity hasnt been interfered with. If I dont see it then I dont recommend it be bought.
