Evolution Performance: Shelby GT500 Breaks Its Own Record 3 Times @ The Track (Video) On Thursday afternoon at Atco Raceway in Atco, NJ we broke our previous track record three times with our 2007 Shelby GT500!
Our GT500 is a complete animal, after working on this car for the past 8 weeks; I can't tell you how much of an improvement it is over stock!
The video turned out awesome and will shock a lot of you GM boys.
I will just let the video speak for itself....................
We have also been working on two other 2007 Shelby GT500 for customers that were shipped in from other states for us to enhance. (We also have 3 more being shipped in)
I will have more info and photos on those cars in the coming days!

Definitely a beast, no doubt about that, but why would it be shocking to any of us GM guys? We have seen full weight f-bodies with 600whp and slicks go 10's

Very nice times and the car looks great. I'm not shocked it went that fast because Atco is a great track. There's been more than one Cartek C5 going 10.50's there at 130 with 480rwhp.

The car is impressive because its goin that fast with BOLT-ONS, no internal work or supercharger swap. As far as I know the car has some weight reduction, suspension work, driveshaft, 4.10 gears, pulley swap, ported blower, exhaust (stock manifolds). Definitely a bad *** car, my dads most likely gonna bring his gt500 to evolution when he gets it. (who the hell knows when that will be)

According to info I found on SVTPerformance, this car has a custom headers, and full exhaust with a custom x-pipe setup. CAI, ported blower, pulley, tuning, suspension mods, slicks, some weight reduction and a cage. It also runs on race gas, a little fact that probably was not supposed to be released, kind of like the ported blower at first. Hardly a setup the average joe will have on the streets.
