What is your set up? I thought you had a big tire - 4-link - glide - turbo size etc..
I have not seen your car since it was N20.

i will be there watching along with probably Richie Carbone, TimZ28, Caveman, and probably all the local Orlando lsx guys.
If Caveman gets his racecar working right, he'll try to qualify for the drag radial class.
Make sure you guys come out to Race Rock on Thurs night, looking fwd to this.
pretty sure the hardcore guys will be there.
Stenod/FSTR THAN U you guys should really try and make it, you guys have a very competitive car.

NSCA, orlando and E-Town all said that they would allow it in the drag radial class so that has become my new focus for the car

Good luck in Orlando, your car is bad *** and I'm sure you'll do well.
Got Me SOM I bet a few will get close. Jim Mills went 196 in Memphis recently and wasn't at WOT until a few seconds into the run. It's a twin GT-47 powered Mustang...basically an Oultaw 10.5 car on "stock" suspension....

i didn't know that was the interpretation of stock suspension.
sorry your car crashed what was it?
There is a kind of electricity in the air with the anticipation of this race coming. Talk to any racer or fan of this sport and they are all very excited about this. hell I'm sure some cars will be arriving this week and next to start testing.

These classes used to be a true stock suspension. You were allowed to replace the control arms, shocks and springs with better parts and install an anti-roll bar but everything had to be in the stock locations.
People have found out that the F-body torque arm is the way to go. You would think that Camaro's and T/A's would have an advantage but now it seems you can put a torque arm which is a single ladder bar on anything. Mustang, G-body....whatever you want because it was stock on an F-body Not all races interpret the rules this way. We aren't allowed a torque arm unless it came from the factory with one.
My car is an 85 Buick Regal. SBC with a 98mm. We don't race 1/4 mile but the one time I tested it went 8.32 at 168.5....cam's to small for the 1/4 so I went a little bigger getting the car ready for Orlando. I watched last year and looked forward to racing there all year long. It's the baddest race on the planet. I knew I was bringing a knife to a gun fight but was coming anyway. A couple weeks ago I left soft, the guy in the other lane had me a few cars got loose and came over in front of me. I tried to dodge him but couldn't get the car straightened back out and hit the other wall.
