What Orangeappeal said is choose your cam for NA and spray on without worry.
at street level shots any cam will work with spray.
look into the new Torquer V3 from TSP

I guess what i am really looking for is something with a decent lope for my stock heads that i wont have to have any head work or fly cutting done. and taht will respond well to 125-150 shot. What i dont want is something to where it becomes a pain to drive and have to do some machining to make it all work for right now i dont want to go tah far into it .

If you want:
1. Aftermarket cam with good lope. Look for something that will work well N/A (TQr V3) and has some overlap.
2. With the Torquer you will be looking at a traditional split pattern cam; that has a good potential to yield some power N/A and with N2O; There is 10.5 degrees of overlap in that cam, so there is your lope.
No need to modify your heads for this cam. You are however going to want to get some dual springs for it.
