Only reason to vote Kinky: Legalize Gambling, NV made 1.3 billion last month!!
Go to Louisianna and look at the casino parking lots on the weekend....... mostly Texas plates!!!
Legalize Gambling.... 1.3 billion in one month for Nevada?? Texas probably funds 200-300 million per month in potential gambling revenues alone....
It will:
-Raise pay for Texas teachers
-Better Fund Texas schools
-Create a new "sin" tax that will lift burdons on Texas homeowners the same homeowners that are supporting illegal babys being born at Parkland.
If he also stood behind punishing businesses that support non US citizen employees as well as creating law that states if a baby is born in the US to 2 illegal parents is a citizen of the country the parents are from and not the US (like everyother country in the world has!!), as well as streamlining the process to citizenship ..... he would be a shoe-in....... IMHO!
You guessed it... I am pro-privatization and against public schools (private schools educate a 1000x's better with half the cost!), against the SS system and pro-401k retirements, etc etc.
This just about won my vote. http://www.kinkyfriedman.com/issues...%20_release.pdf
i like the idea (that every other tax payer thought of) about Federal Tax Payer ID cards for non-citizens who want a job and fines for businesses who illegally hire non-citizens as a tax sheltor.

I would much rather leave my gambling money in Texas but instead I must take it to Nevada and Louisana. My beloved state wishes to protect me. Oh well leaving for Las Vegas next month, went to Louisana last month, wait a minute, I am going to miss this month. Only if we had gamling in Texas.

I'm about to make my third trip to Vegas in the past two years. That town is awesome.
If it were legal, I'm sure I would gamble in Texas, but I would still have to visit Sin City, it gets better everytime.

I don't know if I want gambling in Texas or not. I love to gamble it just that I like going on trips to LA and Vegas and having it next door would not be as fun. Also many of the people in the casino would probably not need to be in there gambling anyways. Especially all the Katrina folks in Houston.

Oh by all means let's protect people from themselves. It's not my job, your job, or the governments job to protect people in that manner. People are responsible for their own actions! If they gamble when they do not have the means to, it is their problem, don't penalize me for their inabilities.

now the media is gonna remove the right to fly a small plane!
I am tired of the gov. attempting to protect me by removing my civil liberties... including the right to blow my money!

Smoking in restaurants I kind of agree with banning but a bar is a bar you don't go in there for tea and cookies.
Also I don't smoke.
Also I don't smoke.

I think all that **** you mentioned should be legal, as it is a right. I guess that's just me.

If I own a restaurant and I want to allow my patrons to smoke.... they have a right.... now a warning sign should suffice! and what is up with not smoking in a bar??? beer and smokes, whisky and smokes... like peas and carrots!

Less government is the cure.... why do politicians pay 100's of millions to get elected to jobs that pay only 100's of thousands.... that tells ya it is a screwed up system.
Public schools suck..... public sector sucks! Privatize, Privatize, Privatize.. that is the cure. our govermnent programs are not held accountable.
Last year I was a conservative.... now i am just frustrated! I agree with the basic rules of business... supply demand. I dont agree with all this damn free free free services we offer. What gives us motivation to succeed and work for a damn living?
