The 317 (6.0L) heads are very similar to the 243 heads. Pushrods and valvetrain components are interchangable. Most truck heads, including the 317, will come with integrated valve seals and spring seats. So don't go buying a set of seal only, valve seals.

What cam are you running? A stock cam would need stock length pushrods. While you can use a 7.4 pushrod on a 1.450 base circle cam, a 7.425 will quiet things down by giving you closer to stock lifter preload. The geometry should be identical to any of the ls1 / ls2 / ls6 heads.

Is the car up and running? I was looking at the GT-7 and the GT2-3 cams. Wondering how you like the cam, if you've had a chance to run it yet.
