measure compression ratio

measure compression ratio i did heads and cam on the car and tuned it with an ls1 edit, my question is, does any one know how to measure the compression ratio of an ls1 and what tools do i need.

We need the volume of the combustion chamber, not the intake port to get the static compression ratio. We need the cam specs to get the dynamic compression ratio.

there are no commonly available tools to measure it basically. You just have to figure it out mathematically. You will need to know, displacement, head gasket thickness/bore, deck height, chamber size on heads, and piston dish/dome. So basically, you should post up your head gasket thickness/bore, and chamber size on the heads. I dont know what the normal deck height is, but i would guess 0 to 0.005 for a stock motor.
