Can you take apart the throttle body?
I am having some parts of the car powder coated and am trying to figure out if I can take the TB apart so the housing can get done. You can't do it with the rubber seals in there.
DOes anyone have a link to how to dissasemble it?
Thanks

I appreciate all the help everyone has given me. I will post pictures of what the car looks like when I am all done!

Yeah....I was wondering if that washer even did anything. I put one together without it and didn't notice any difference. I guess the shaft can't really go anywhere with the blade in there....

Yeah I thought about that BUT I needed to have everything to the coaters by a certain time and I didn't have time to port it before. I am going to try to fill in the big holes at the top like it shows in the article I saw. Where can you get aluminum pipe? and metal filler I suppose you can get at Auto Zone or something.
