Default New Best 10.45@136.32 STOCK BOTTOM END!!!!!

Well I went a bit closer to what the I think the car should run. Ran a 10.45@136.32 first pass! Stock motor ECS D1SC brackets, ECS/Alky control meth,A&A intercooler and piping, full weight, swaybars intact no nitrous. I'm pretty happy-the stock motor never gave me a hiccup all year and stayed together. Ran a 10.66 next pass and was promptly told to pack up and leave. Gotta say though-I've been a centri kind of guy all my life and man do they ever work well when setup properly.

Z06s have a shorter 1st gear (M12) then a standard T56, 2.97:1 as opposed to 2.66. 2nd and 3rd are a little different as well.

Keep the Z06 and build the motor so it'll last.

I think i'm just going to forge it and do a return fuel system over the winter. I'll pass on the auto for now. I don't want to do too many mods and then end up going slower. Maybe I can convince my wife to buy a 03-04 Cobra

I'm waiting for all the stock motor haters.

Give us some details on your setup. Obviously you're still running the stock longblock.
What...

- clutch
- fuel (pump gas?)
- timing
- psi
- drivetrain/suspension mods
- etc...
