There hit and miss on the quality, I have seen nice ones and rough ones.

I think most people compare them to the SMC hoods ect. that came factory on the SS and WS6 cars. There is no comparison in quality when you compare SMC to fiberglass. When compared to other fiberglass hoods of different manufacturers there not that bad. Just about any new Mecham hood is going to need some massaging to make a nice peice just like most other fiberglass hoods from other manufacturers.

Wow the car looks amazing man. I like the wing myself. I was going to get the hood, but I love my rally bird so I decided to keep the OEM. Again, very nice look fbody!

You could get a ton of different options on Mecham cars, if you wanted to dish out the money they would do what ever you wanted. Check out there web site for more info on the cars.

as i have also noticed there are two different versions of the mecham 4 port extractor hood. it seems the nostrils and rolls are taller and wider on mine than on an actual mecham car.

i do like how yours meets the bumper better in the center but the rolls and nostrils not quite as large as i like.
