rear whines like a bitch
Well it all started a few months ago when i destroyed my stocker 10 bolt. and let me say I really blew it up good, broke the ring gears teeth off (all but 4) and the pinion gear actually blew a hole THROUGH the case making a wonderful 10 inch hole and that pinion gear is still to this day out somewhere on that lonely country road

when i blew my stocker up we replaced it w/ a v6 rear end out of 98+ camaro and it whines like a bitch! anyone think some fresh lube and additive would help out? we obviously replaced it when we put it in but only put in 1 bottle of lube and there was a shitload of the gear grease in there. I figured since tis been like 2k miles a fresh change may help out the whining....
Any thoughts on this?

Sounds like the carrier bearings may be bad.
Mine whined like a bitch unti I removed the cover and saw nothing but shavings on the magnet. Pulled the carrier and this is what I found.
