Being a Bret Bauer cam, he is going to want you to get Morel Lifters, and your going to have to measure the proper pushrod length, he used a gutted out Comp R lifter. It worked mint. As for timing chain it depends on the opti, if its non vented either you upgraded to vented OR, you get a single chain not the double roller/EWP set up. I elected for the Lunati chain which worked fine, it still stretched after 1k miles..... so keep that in mind

If you get the cloyes double roller, you may have to do some clearancing to the inside of the timing cover. I know I did anyway.
The funny thing is that it appeared to fit fine, with no clearance issues that I could tell. Then about 500miles after installing the motor, my crank seal walked out of the cover (BBC crank seal, cover machined too loose). When I went to replace the timing cover I noticed the chain had been rubbing on it. So I grinded the general area down with paper rolls on a air grinder.
I had to take about 1/16" out of the area the chain rides near all the way around. I then ran the motor and removed the cover again to make sure it was no longer in contact.
