Default Help me pic out some wheels for my bird?

I am looking to purchase some wheels for the bird. I'm thinking that a nice set of 18's w/ the rears being 10-10.5" width and the front 9-9.5". I also am looking for a rim with a decent lip (doesn't have to be super huge but noticeable). I've eyed up the smoothie II's or torque thrusts but I don't always love them. Give me some suggestions and maybe a photochop or two. I'm sure the answer could be a set of HRE's, iForged or some other very expensive choice but this needs to be somewhat reasonable.

I'm tired of the 16's!!

Keep them coming guys.

Tainted: Those are only available in 8" wide, but I someone posted the same rims but widened. They looked nice.

Devylist: Those look nice but I think the heavier look of my car needs a "heavier" looking wheel with larger spokes.

SpungMonkey: Those look awesome and its one of those things where one pic can turn me off to a rim and in the next, they make me wanna grab my charge card. Where did you get them? How far do the sportlines lower the car? Any rubbing issues?

Thanks guys.

i bought the rims used and all together it would be about 2k and you have to special order them through american racing........but not one rubbing issue or anything althougth the sportlines were a little too low for me but i liked it at the time but i would go pro kit just to not get the "chopped" springs look

i had the same rims you have before the tt2s and it was a BIG inprovment even without the springs

^^Those wheels would look bad *** on a lowered F-body but I dont think they have the right bolt pattern?? If they did I would get those with 18x8.5 in front and 18x10 out back...

Well this still is the appearance section so I think it still qualifies...plus this sections seems to have a good deal more traffic. If it is to be moved than so be it. I am loving those 18" TTII's.

I've got like 18" Niche's on my ta. I'm actually going to be getting rid of them for something like TTs or C6 ZO6s.

here's a couple of pictures
