You can either buy the sims or you can have them programmed out. IF you have access to tunercat or edit i can send you file with them out.

yeah im confused now because i didnt think that the after cat o2's came in until the OBDII was introduced which was each bank had its own cat and an o2 sensor before and after each cat and the o2 sims like you said were for the after cat o2 sensors, someone wanna fill me in here?

You have a pretty good handle on it.

Tghink the original poster thought he could use on e in place of a pre-cat O2 which he can't.

The rear O2's didn't come until OBD II if your 95 has a rear O2 after the cat then something has been modified because all OBD I cars only have pre cat O2's. maybe you had a super late 95 with the OBD II on it? I don't know but if it is a ture 95 OBD I then it shouldn't have post cat O2's

for the poster, it's already been stated; you cant use 02 sims on a obd1 car because you have no after cat 02s..

94-95 LT1 vettes (OBD1) have one rear O2. I thought some 95 (OBD1) LT1 F-bodies did also.

But you don't need sims for them. They won't set the SES light if removed.

But wouldn't they change performance and AFR? That's what the reason for getting one is, from what I understood. Who cares if it triggers SES lol

Not setting codes is the only reason to use sims. You're completely clueless, lol.

Pre cat o2's can effect the AFR not the after cat o2's.
