Neither, they always make non-japanese cars look slower than they are.

I think the sti are faster over there and that skline might of had a couple of things done to it, All the other cars where awd so it those tight corners they would do alot better than the vette but the vette did pull hard on the straight and dont forget that that guy is drving on the wrong side of the car.

I also think that the new Z06 is faster than that...yes the STI is different than what we can get in the states, if I heard right thatSTI has close to 380HP not bad for a littler boxer engine. I couldnt help but laugh at how funny them guys sound as they are racing!

that didn't look like they were pushing that hard, i remember a pic of the Z getting some air at the ring, that was badass. This looked more like MXC with nice cars.

STIs are alot faster over there

The Evo in there terms has finally caught up to the STI now

They also have much stronger trannys, and better turbos etc

The Skyline is a Z-Tuned Skyline GTR

STI S204

Totally different cars than normal factory ones

Might want to look them up

You guys need to look at the times at the end. Also, Tsukuba is not a good track for supercars, very tight turns and not enough road for the supercars.

Just to let you know Tsuchiya is one of the best drivers in the world, and some of those guys are JGTC racers.

I don't think lack of driver skill is the problem, they're simply bs'ing.

When Best Motoring compared a Porsche GT3 to the NSX and Skyline, they damn near ran a 14 in a car which is capable of low 12's.

Just about every "battle" on BM has the NSX passing much faster cars because all of them brake 150ft earlier for some reason.

BM is biased but the ZO6 could do much better.

But that is a Nismo Z tune R34 520hp isn't your normal crap R34.

STI S204 is like 340hp I think. No way it could of keep the lead on any track.

You guys need to understand the jap cars come with alot of different things, in japan people are driving around on road racing compound tires from the factory n stuff, there cars are alot Geared different etc

In japan NSXs break into the 12.8s etc

1/4 times have nothing to do with a road racers driving, they just arent drag racers. But they are amazing drivers on a road course wich is what they do.

i agree with all of you, but if you pay attention at the time attack the lamborghini was 1st, z-skyline was 2nd, corvette was 3rd, STi last. They were just taking it easy and trying to not hit each other in the battle. I just wish we could get STi's and skyline's like that without having to $pecial order them.
