$150 is good for tint. If it comes w/ a warranty, even better. I GLADLY paid the local shop the same money to do my car.

Tinting is a bitch! I have NO patience for it! I paid them to have and deal with the headache. THey're the pro's.

YES! tinting is a BITCH! Final exams for Cellular Biology was less stressful. I'm with Bayer.

The side windows shouldn't be too hard, windshield and hatch are very hard. Plus professional tint will be of better quality and problably last longer (+ warranty).

$150 is a good deal. My good friend is a professional tinter and told me that the Camaro or Firebird back window is easy to do in one piece. If they can't do it in one piece, they don't belong doing window tinting professionally in the first place. For customers he charges $200 to do an F-Body. $150 is well priced. Don't even attempt it is my opinion.

THe back window would be MURDER! No FKN way. I'd take the hatch OFF if I had to do it. Sides would be no problem. I did my 85 firebird and it came out looking like ***. I had my buddy who was 'good' do my VW in Germany.. that looked like *** too. TAKE IT TO THE PROS and stop being cheap! $150 is good! .

Like I said, I paid them for the headache. Pluss it had a warranty. If it ever peels, bubbles, scrapes... take it back and they'll fix it.

is this is your first time doing it, dont. Good chance you will spend more money trying to get it right over and over again. Have the shop do it, 150 is not a bad price at all.

ha tinting is easy! at least it is for me, I can also do racing stripes on cars very well, but if you are concerned and have not done it before then you might as well pay someone, it will save you a lot of cursing at yourself
