Welcome. 
Round 1:
Start with a Heads/Cam/Intake package from any sponsor plus all the common bolt-ons, LT headers with a full true dual exhaust, dyno tune, and a 4000 stall TC (if auto), or 12 bolt/9" rear with 3.73 or bigger gears plus new clutch (if manual). Then get some sticky tires and a little suspension work.
Round 2:
N2O kit of your choice, or a blower/turbo kit. Better tires, possibile cam change, possibile TC or gear change, re-tune, more suspension work.
Round 3:
Aftermarket hood, maybe some custom paint, cage, weight reduction.
Good luck!

But why stop there? Lets face it, a lid and a catback won't provide much improvement in the SOTP department, but if you add all the other stuff I listed you will definitely feel it....unless you're dead. lol.

That's why my current LS1 car is slow, because I got cheap after I sold my WS6.
