Default GMPP manifold and oem mounting style fuel rails?

ive got this setup which was machined by one of the sponsors. but it is leaking fuel from the injector bosses and the fittings into and out the rails. ive tried teflon tape and paste. te injectors are just too loose on the injectors but in my speedinc rails they ARE VERY snug. i tried to adjust the two mounts bars that are used to set it all in place. but it still leaks.

who has made the speedinc or other rails fit in the threaded locations located in the same location as the oem rails do

Steve

im posting this here and other sections because not sure who would see it where. and im at the frustration level.. sorry

i believe you can fix this by using a different injector o-ring i'm not sure the size difference though. Are you sure the injector o rings aren't riped or torn?

My gmpp was also drilled so the injectors dont seal good, but it sealed on the fuel rail side.

can you get thicker o-rings for the injectors?

o rings are not torn. they slide right in with no drag. but with the speedinc rails i HAVE to use oil to put them in. i will see if i can get thcker o rings but i would prefer to use the other rails. but i will try and use these then im taking it off AGAIN

You could drill the other rails to match the standoffs.

im going to take it all off and probably just take it to a machine shop. im not trying to burn down my whole car with this leak. ill let them figure it out. ill see if they can make stands for the speedinc rails and cut off the one that extend sideways. and/or just machine it like nate says.
