phew! that seriously made my decision alot easier. 4" is slightly too big for a street car i think. i think the 2" looks awesome, but why dont i ever see them on ls1 camaro's? Do you guys think that the 2in. cowl hood is the best looking hood for my daiily driver?(black z28)? I dont want an SS hood b/c everyone has one. Just let me know which hood you guys think would look the best. thanks alot guys

I say go with the sunoco hood from VFN, but if you only want a cowl, then get a 2 inch

Truthfully i like a 4 , but if your gonna DD it I'd get a 2 , you may have some seeing out the windshield issues with the 4 , but its not like we dont have issues seeing out them anyways haha. There is a guy on here , red SS , forgot hisname Psycottic or something like that , anyways looks bitchin

i say go with an sunoco hood cuz the hood flows more with the body of the car...unlike the cowl hood that look better on older muscle cars and the scoop is more square off instead of rounded like the sunoco hood!!

The Sunoco for sure, especially if you DD it. The standard Cowl Hood looks good on more "square" bodystyles IMO

2"

The only way I'd go 4" is if I needed it.
