Would you be pissed
I bought a 2001 ls1 and was expecting ls6 intake, but it has a ls1 intake on it, I pulled it off and it wasnt even sealed down , I asked every damn ? except for the casting # on the intake. He delivered it 3 hours away so i couldnt look at it.

I would be totally pissed man! I mean that is actually deception isn't it? That would be like selling someone a 88-98 fullsize letting them think it has a 350 when it's actually a 305 cause you swapped it out. That's deceiving and I think you should make him aware that you know and have him compensate you for parts AND labor, or I would try to bring legal action on him if possible.
I mean there could be a chance that it's a sold "as is" deal, and you screwed, but that's still deceitful in my opinon. Good luck man and keep us posted.

If its a AS-IS deal, well then Im sorry to say it, but your just out...
Plus if you didnt ask if it had an ls6 intake, and what the head casting numbers were, thats also a problem that your just out on...
Although its a 2001 and should have the parts on it, like I already said, if its a as-is no warranty, no refund deal.. Your going to need try and move on!!
