It looks like you already got the most important thing, the exhaust, covered with your LTs and cutout, although you would pick up some tq switching to true duals...
Next thing is intake mods, that means get an ls6 intake manifold and consider a 25% underdrive pulley.
Next for quarter mile times is a converter, with trans cooler. Although personally I'm anti-converter unless you're out for just quarter mile.
Then you're going to need some traction, so tires, LCAs, PHR, relocation brackets.
After that you can start thinking about a cam, and associated valvetrain components.

im honestly afraid to spray the car. i wouldnt want to blow my baby up. i will consider spray after a cam and a little bit more internal work. what size converter would you reccommend i was think a vig 3600 with a shift kit...accepting any suggestions though. this car is not going to be strictly race it will mostly be daily driven thats why i want to get the most power out of it without nitrous. thanks guys

ls6 intake, convertor, cam + valvesprings, tune, and sticky tires.
400 ------ 700 ----------- 700 --------- 500 ----- 400
= 2700$ give or take
you'll have to do all the installing yourself, or the labor will run between 1200 and 1600.
you're around 4100 having a shop do it all, but you'll be in the 11's with the right cam and a good tune.

Some people like nitrous, but I'm not a fan. I like to be able to work an engine N/A at any time not just when I push a button. N02 is good for drag racing however, because it certainly adds significant power, just for the street it doesn't seem like all that great an idea having to refill your bottle, not having power on tap unless your system is armed, just too much pre-conceiving to really be spontaneously fast out on the street, but more importantly all around fun.

Ya i would invest in a LS6 intake and that will prob drop a tenth right there. A torque converter with some slicks and skinnies will drop you prob round 6-8 tenths . Once you practice on your launches a couple of times you might possibly dip into the high 11's with these 3 not to expensive things. Add a cam and you will no doubt be into the 11s

As far as intake, don't worry about the FAST intakes until you have a complete heads and cam setup, the ls6 intake is good enough for most basic ls1 applications.
What gears do you have now? If you have 3.23 I wouldn't worry about the 3.73s, it's not enough difference to change them. Also you're not going to get as good gas mileage out of the 3.73, which is considered to be the biggest daily driver gear for A4.

Then match up the code you find with the code from this post:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....85&postcount=7
And it will tell you what gear is in your rear.

did a little more reading on the ms3 that cam is way to huge for me. i am not wanting to go all out race. i want to have a car pushing in the high numbers with a low time. im really wanting to get into the 11's, but i also have to have streetable car. it is a dd but **** i can handle the gas and power and the lovely noise but can the car handle it daily? suggestions on other cams ive heard alot on tsp cams but im not sure what i should do. i was also debating on having speed incorporated custom grind a shaft.. suggestions?

Custom 228/232 on a 109+2, X-ER lobes. 3200ish stall. Comp 918 valve springs. sticky tires, tune. With bolt ons (long tubes, ls6 intake. lid, ory, catback..) you can hit 11's. Will have gobs of torque down low, and you won't have to spin it too high. Fits under stock heads eaily.
