Faster than me with Jessica Alba
Seriously your question doesn't really have a exact answer, to many factors, there are shift timing tables and pressure related input that determins speed of shift as well as mechanical components at hand. Lets just say that a shift kit only car at WOT will shift fast enough to slam you back decent on the 1-2 in under a second.

On the 1-2 WOT shift, the shift time of 2-4 tenths is considered ok. It depends on the apply servo being used, band material, feed hole in the separator plate, the accumulation setup, main boost valve, size of torque converter, stall of the torque converter, engine modifications, etc. There is not any overlap on the 1-2 shift, just the 2-3 shift. 2 tenths is about as quick as you would ever want, the shift should be quick, and not overly firm.

lol this post is funny.
the correct answer is faster than any human could ever shift a car with a manual transmission, making the 4L60E a better choice for drag racing.

are you looking for the stock shift speeds w/torque management, without torque management or the fastest a 4L60E can shift modded?

Stock without torque would be fun to have the numbers on.
0.12 sounds really fast compared to a F430 that shifts in 0.15 (totally different gearbox i know)
