You can check with the wheel mod, Andy (Xsta Z 28) to be sure but, I believe all factory 10 spoke and ZR1 style wheels are 17x9.

Exclamation

Man guys . . . ALL and I mean ALL stock General Motors Wheels on Camaro SS's and Trans AM WS6's for 1998 to 2002 were:

17" x 9"

No exceptions . . . . That includes the 5 spoke ZR1 style, the 10 spoke style, the slim spoke WS6 and the fat spoke WS6 . . . . .

This also includes SLP wheels.

You both are wrong/right . . .

From 1996 to 1997 SS Convertibles had 16" x 8" ZR1 style wheels. Like so:

Starting 1998 GM felt comfortable putting 17" x 9" wheels on the SS Convertibles.

Right. But I am correct that he is wrong. I know the LT1 4th gens had 16" rims on the verts, but your post specifically stated 1998-2002 verts. Those came with 17" rims.

Yeah 10 spokes are stated to be 17x9". But I know when I had my new wheels put on, the gentleman there measured my old 10 spokes inner lip to inner lip, (shortest possible). They measured a hair over 9.5".

I don't know, maybe his mic was off.
