Default Bump Stop Mod

What do I attach the multi meter to check the volts? I understand it connects to the TPS, but where? Thank you for your patience.

If your standing directly in front of the car looking at the throttle body there should be a harness that plugs into the side of the throttle body on the right side. There will be a couple of wires connected to it. If i remember right the wire that you jab the positive end of the ohms meter in is blue. Then all you have to do is ground out the black wire coming from the ohms meter to the car.
