Default 17X9.5 17X11 Fikse IVE SERACHED

Im looking for some input/pictures. I have Fikse FM5 rims. They are 17x9.5 and 17x11.

Here is my dilema. The rears im going with 315 gs-d3s or the new MT drag radial they are coming out with in the 315.

But on the fronts. Im looking and torn between the 275 and the 285. I dont want it to look like the rim is starving for tire. I want it to look JUST RIGHT. Just right can mean a lot of things to differnt people. But i dont want the tire where it looks like its too small for the rim.

Does anyone have pictures of the 285s and 275s 1.on fikse or 2. on any other rims.

Will the 285s fit in the front or will they rub a bit when the wheel is turned hard?

Thanks for the time effort and pictures in advance.

Kyle

I don't have any good pics but on the front of my car I run Sumitomo's which are supposed to be on the narrow side and they still buldge out a tad. I'd say go with a tire that runs on the wide side and get the 275. Unless you are looking for more rollout then you can do the 285s and gain that.

Best to use a 275/40ZR17 tire up front.

Like so:

That way the overall diameter of your front and rear tires would be the same.

Running a 285/40ZR17 will be taller thena the 315/35ZR17 and look goofy IMHO.

agreed i have 275/40/17 on my 17x9.5 fronts and they fit perfect. ^^^^and that car is perfect in every way, if that doesnt send a little chill up your spin you need to sell your f body immediately. is that one of the berger camaros? nm just saw your sig, awesome car man.

You're in luck my friend:

315 GSD3's out back.

275 NT555 up front.

Check out my thread here for the rest of the pics.
