Default Think my trans got hurt when rearend blew

Ok i'll start at the begining.Last summer I started modding my formula.long tubes,ory,3inch catback,no air or egr, lid,k&n,hp tuners, mcleod street twin, ajustable master, updated slave, pro 5.0,poly trans mount, subfame conecters, chassis mount torque arm.Went to the pontiac natonals at norwalk. With street tires had no tracton so every pass I dropped tire pressure. On the forth pass[15 pounds] it hooked for a second and my rear end exploded all the spider gears. So I put in a 9 inch with 35 spline, full spool,4.30 gears, allumimum center,Cm drive shaft. It ran good before the rear went. Now when I drive. It makes a little noise in forth gear and On the freeway when I go into sixth I get a horible vibration if I just put it back in fifth at the same speed it is alot better.Pinion angle is set on o.I tried my old drive shaft and stock trans mount that didn't change anything.Has this happend to anyone else.I can't try anything else right now we just got a 2 feet of snow this week.I think i'm just going to pull the trans and take look.Let me know what you think.THANKYOU

I have seen this type of concern following a rear fracture. I yould suspect the straightness of your trans out put shaft.

Shouldn't your pinion angle be set at -2? I don't know if that would help or not.
