Ram Air Hood Mystery

Ram Air Hood Mystery
I'm looking at a 1999 Trans Am with a Ram Air hood. I haven't seen a hood like this and was wondering if it was factory. If it's not, they did a great job of making it look like it is. The car IS NOT a WS6. The biggest difference I can see from the WS6 is that there are 2 large front vents instead of the 4 smaller ones on the factory WS6
Does anyone know if this hood is factory on this car? If not, what aftermarket company made it?
Thanks.

You nailed it. I checked on Suncoast's site and I think it is their hood because the car also has the custom air box to provide functional ram air. From what I can tell, the firehawk does not use the open element air box.
Thanks for solving the mystery.

None of the 98+ LS1 Pontiac cars used a open element filter from the factory. That was a LT1 setup.
I was going to say that I did nit think that was a Firehawk hood as the valley in the middle of the hood looked to be to deep.

...look for the hoods link. Tom @ TByrne is a great guy to deal with.
I'm not sure but I think there is another sponsor or two that carry Suncoast Creations hoods. Check them out --->
Peace,
Craig.
