hi guys what about these cams ?? what do you think is better

and will increas my RWHP more than other ?

Thunder Racing hands down. It isn't even close. The original and still the best. Its the proprietary Thunder Racing lobes that seperates it from the rest.

I love my TR224. Even though it's a few years old, the car is still fun to drive, and I don't have to constantly down shift because it makes a nice smooth torque curve from 2000rpm up.

FMS. It's a much newer design as far as I know makes a tad more TQ.

It doesnt matter. It's the lobes ... I out pulled an FM13 all the way to 5800 rpms with a TR224. It's been copied many times but never duplicated. The lobes are proprietary to Thunder and they make the difference. Check it... every other 224 has more lift than Thunders but they dont produce as much power.
Thunder rules the 224

But remember Thunders are much harder on the valvetrain. I'd take 10 less RWHP and have less valvetrain stress....IMO of course.

They're only XE-R lobes, not that incredibly aggressive.

Actually, the .56x" lift might even be XE lobes.

ITs gonna be tough to get an impartial opinion. I don't think you'll find anyone who has experience with all three. I think everyone is going to vote for what they have. That being said I have the TR224 and LOVE it (but I didn't vote).

TR lobes are proprietary Comp lobes. Ramp rate in the 50.
A tad more agressive than XE (rate 53) but less agressive than XE-R (rate 49).

So swap for swap in same combo with tuning for both, the XE-R TSP 224 will make more power. (nothing really significant but more nonetheless)

I voted for the TR224/224, .581/.581 @112lsa because I have a Comp224 with the exact same specs in my car now and it is a freaking blast to drive!!!

If you want a 224, get a 224/228 .581/.588 from TR using their lobes.

TSP 224. It's ground on XE-R lobes, which are more aggressive than the cam motion lobes used by Futral, or the lobes used by Thunder on this particular cam.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Who cares who was first, the other companies use faster-ramping lobes. Not knocking TR or anything, they sent me a bad *** cam very quickly

I would guess that any one here would be hard put to tell the differance. I would run a 224 228 on a 110LSA +2 with XRE lobe if I was goning to do it. Oh wait I have that cam. A custom cam will take one or two days to ship from Comp. U can get push rods and springs and the cam from TSP for a good price.

I'd go with a Comp LSK-lobed 223 .636". It'll outrun everyone of those cams.

I know you have not posted dyno or any track results. By any chance do you have a dyno graph of your current setup? Did you get a Cam Pro Plus Cam Lift Report?
