If I can get it transported...
Hi all. Bought a 2000 Pewter Trans Am last week. $11,100.00 38k miles. Lots of pics, lokks perfect inside and out. Bone stock, no mods. I think I got a killer deal. Now if I could only get it from the east coast to the west...I'd be set. (Transport Co takin their sweet time.)
Been a vette fan since I was old enough to know what a vette was. I loved the C3s and when the C4s came out in 1984, I thought it was the best looking mass production car I'd ever seen. Flash forward a while and I got rid of a 94 Trans Am and bought an 88 Vette. In spite of putting a Superramed 383 in it, you know what? I miss my TA. Just more comfortable, better driving position, etc. Still love the looks of Vettes, but no desire to drive one. (My brother ended up with a 71...its bad with a tricked out 454 and modern vette suspension, but I hate driing it too. Funny how things work out sometimes.
Anyway, expect to see some questions. TTFN.

Good luck with the new ride. I got mine from Cali and couldn't be happier. Not a spec of rust. Put it on a lift when I got it and the rear end was still silver and not rust brown. I used DAS to ship my car. It was dropped off on a Wed. and I got a call on Mon that it had arrived. I know that is faster than expected they told me 17 days and it was only 6! What they do is wait until they have a full load or pick-ups on the route. My car was the last one to fill the trailer so I got lucky. Hope all works out.
