Default What parts do i need ???

What parts do i need to get to remove the air system . I am going with race headers so that part is covered . What about the tubes that come off the manifold and stuff like that ?

You used the search button before? Not trying to be rude, some people don't know it's there. Quick search and a little reading should yield all the information you'll need on 90% of the things you wonder about.

The freeze plug goes in that huge hole that'll be in your manifold after removing the EGR.

Yeah i know how to search , but you cant meet new friends like that . Beside there is always someone who had better luck then the last guy or maybe he found a better way to do it!

It might have to do with the 80,000 users posting a new thread everytime the wind changes direction. After you end up having eleventy billion threads it starts to get difficult to archive this stuff for search to bring it up in a timely manner. I would rather the site stay fast and responsive than have the search work. Most of the time the info is listed in a sticky somewhere.
