Default will swapping MAF's affect the tune?

I bought a H/C motor that made some good power, intake to oil pan and I even got the headers & Y pipe too. I also got the PCM that goes with the tuned motor however I dont have the MAF that the motor was tuned with. I bought a new style 85mm MAF with the IAT built into it.
by doing this, will this throw the tune off? even a little bit???

thanks

Yes it can. I think I posted about this in the other section. With a modded motor, you either need to tune for the new MAF or find a direct replacement for the one that was on the motor.

A different MAF sensor period will throw off the tune. Doesn't matter if its the same part number....
