has anyone heard of this company......I saw one of the metal intakes at a local speed shop.....I had see it before but I never asked anything.....its an 85mm......they make a tb to match.....1600-6500rpm range.....I tried to look at there site but you have to DL there catalog ......and that would take to lond on my phone

I just bought one from a member that didnt install it. It just arrived today and I plan on installing it sometime this weekend. It's a really nice piece. It includes the fuel rails, all the gaskets and hardware, and an egr block off plate. Hopefully everything goes well when I install it.

Can you post up some pics and tell us how it goes on install? It's kind of rare in these parts, and people ask about them all the time.

Well I was going to start it today, but I forgot that I needed a fuel pressure regulator because I cant use the one I have now. Aslo it says that you can use the ls1 lines but Im gonna try and get ahold of some ls6 lines. TSP has them for 40 but its 26 for shipping. Anyone have any for sale?

Your fuel pressure regulator is in the tank brother. I bought some new fuel lines/rails and thought I had the same problem, but that round thing on the stock fuel rails isn't the regulator.

did they get they solve the problem of the coil-packs hitting the fuel rail....i read something about that on another tread..........

I've got one I am getting ready to install(next few weeks, time permitting), the need for a fuel regulator depends on the year - required for 98's and some 99's after that regulator was moved to tank. You can tell it's needed on the 99's by the presence of a round piece on the driver(if I remember correctly) side fuel rail with the return hose heading back to the tank

First I have heard of the coil pack relo - gonna have to go search

I have only checked them out on thier website. didn't know much about them or haven't heard/read much on here either. for the price, dam good if they perform. price is half of FAST. plus they come with fuel rails. just might need to get one before prices go up. I think this is like the 3rd or 4th dif. post that has mentioned it. still doing some research. so far I like what I've read.

Yep, they have officially gone missing. Making those custom wires, mounting the coils, making the brackets, and extending the wiring harness was a pain in the *** though.

Now for some purty new valve covers....

disregaurd........this is what i read.....

"The stock coil covers will not fit with our manifold and fuel rail setup. We are working right now on a set of custom coil covers designed to work with our setup. We will have the prototype finished in a few days and I will post some photos here to get your feedback"

Coil covers are commonly known as Fuel Rail Covers (FRC's), not to be confused with Fixed Roof Coupe though (Corvette designation lol).

I just ordered the fuel pressure regulator. So its only 97s that need it then? It says in the instructions that the fuel pressure regulator is located on the stock fuel rails on early ls1's.

Only on the Corvette's (I believe), you shouldn't need one.

Our system has a line leaving the pump, and it hits a Y block. One side goes to the motor, other side goes back to the tank at the regulator. It bleeds off pressure through this and sends the extra fuel right back to the tank. That's why they call it a "pseudo return style system".

It's a good idea because you have less gas going through the fuel filter, which could clog it up that much faster. It's a bad idea because if any sediment DOES get through the fuel filter, it will just clog the injectors or get squirted for combustion.

Sweet the order didnt go through, for once an inconvenience was a convenience. Now i just need to figure out about these ls1 coolant lines. Anyone have a picture of the ls6 coolant lines so I know what I am up against. It says that they can be modified to work with the manifold or you must purchase some ls6 lines. TSP has them for 40.99 but shipping was 26.89. I cant see paying more than half of the price for shipping as the item.

One set is below the fuse box (where the AIR pump used to be), other set is where the vacuum canister was, below the front of the frame rail on the passenger side. The driver side set is actually bolted to the bracket for the Cruise Control module.....

The wires aren't any longer than SBC/BBC wires, to my suprise. I was able to use the 4 shortest wires in the kit on one side alone. I had to cut 2' off of some of the other side's wires.

Here is mine installed. I also now have their 85mm polished throttle body...very impressive piece. The t/b came with a new gasket so I don't need the green one in the pics anymore. The t/b in the pics is the stock t/b. By the way, the PP 85mm t/b made +13rwhp and +11rwtq through a 12 bolt over my stocker. Not bad for a t/b.
