New to LS1 engines.
I've been a member on this site for a little while, but I just got my first LS1. My '01 SS came in yesturday and I couldn't be more impressed! LS1 are indeed very powerful engines.
I had a little trouble with a loose fuel line, but that was a 10 minute fix. Now I just can't wait to get off work and go drive it some more!

Thanks, although it's giving me a little trouble. I think the water pump just gave out. I found a good sized puddle of coolant. Also, from the installation of some fuel rails, the fuel system needs some sealing. Top that off with the fact that my SES light just came on and we're off to a good start.
I imagine that the SES is telling me of a loss of pressure somewhere.
Either way, it'll all be patched up soon and then I don't expect any trouble from it. It's a fun car. Now I just have to get to that reliable part.
