Default Center console (upper piece that shows the gears)

How does this attach in the front? Asking because mine seems to be a little loose on the left side. Thanks

It just hooks under (might be above) the lower consel, there is not bolts up there. The side have clips and there is a "tounge" that goes into the glove box, and there are two screws under the coin holder there that hold that whole peice in (besides your shifter)

Right, I found the two bolts under the coin holder. The front (towards the driver side) seems a little loose. Is it normal or should it be snug with no play at all?

It should have a little play in it due to there is no retaining clips in the front. on the lower consel there is an "adjusting bolt" it has a sliding bolt, you can move that up and it should tighted up the gap and play in the upper consel.
