Whatever we get for snow now won't be around long, anyway....spring's around the corner, but mud season's gonna be nasty this yr. in central Ma. and up north, especially. There's still 16-18" of ice on the smaller lakes/ponds around here and the state hatchery trucks are out stocking the trout already...saw 450 nice big rainbows in the 12-15" range dumped thru a hole in the ice on a local pond here late yesterday afternoon... Brad, your Doo carbed or e.f.i.? If it's warm and we get a big, heavy, wet snowfall, and you're carbed--don't forget to re-jet....springtime sled riding is piston-sticking and burn-down time if you're not careful.... WJ

Hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling central/western Ma. is going to get hammered Fri./Sat.....I want spring, but we usually always get 1 big storm each winter, but this yr. our biggest storm has only been 7+ inches, and yrly. snowfall average is way below normal..... WJ

This weather is crazy these days...

Wednesday it was 80 degrees here, and Sunny,

Thursday it was in the 40's and raining,

Friday we are supposed to get 4 - 6 inches of SNOW.

Friday night we are supposed to get another 10 - 15" of SNOW

I love that white stuff,

"The more the merrier the deeper the better"

I'm a skiier.
